A baby shower brings friends and family together to celebrate a new arrival — and usually leaves you with a pile of tiny clothes and thoughtful gifts. Thank-you notes let each guest know their gift was appreciated, and are much easier with a template to start from.

How to write a baby shower note
- Name each gift and imagine the baby using it.
- Give your host a special note for all their planning.
- Sign from both parents if you celebrated together.
- Write a few notes before the baby arrives — it is much easier!
- Pastel baby and Spring floral styles feel soft and sweet.

When to send baby shower thank-you notes
Within a few weeks of the shower is ideal. If the baby arrives first, friends will understand a short delay.
How to make your note
- Pick a message template, then click the page and replace the [bracketed] words.
- Format any words with bold, underline, size, colour or alignment using the bar above the page.
- Choose a page style, page size and handwriting font in the Style tab.
- Open Add elements to place decorations — drag to move, drag the corner to resize, × to delete.
- Download your note as a PDF, image or Word file.
