How to write a wedding note

Mention each gift specifically, and thank guests for attending.
Sign from both of you — "Priya and Arjun" or "The newlyweds".
Thank helpers (family, bridal party, friends) for what they did on the day.
Keep a list of guests and gifts so nobody is missed.
Use the same style and font for every note so they look like a set.

When to send wedding thank-you notes

Etiquette guides generally suggest sending wedding thank-you notes within about three months of the wedding. Gifts received before the wedding can be acknowledged right away.
