Thank You Note for Your Boss or Colleague
Recognition at work does not always need a formal award. A short handwritten note to a colleague who helped with a deadline, a manager who supported your growth, or a mentor who gave you good advice is personal, professional and long remembered.
Pick a template for a colleague, a manager or a mentor, mention what they did, and download it to leave on a desk or send as an image.

How to write a colleague or boss note
- Be specific about the project or moment you are thankful for.
- Keep the tone professional but warm — a light, friendly line is fine.
- Avoid anything that could read as flattery to gain favour; focus on what they did.
- For a manager, mention how their support helped you grow.
- Coffee cup, star and trophy elements suit a cheerful office note.

Yes, as long as it is sincere and specific. It is especially appropriate after a review, a promotion, or when you leave the team.
